Q: In what areas are your home health and hospice care services available?
Salt Lake City, Orem/Provo, Ogden/Layton, and Tooele, Utah.
Albuquerque, New Mexico and surrounding areas.
Q: How do I know if my loved one needs home health or hospice care?
Your loved one may need home health if he or she is primarily homebound and has trouble with normal activities of daily living: eating, dressing, bathing, etc. If you or your loved one receives a terminal diagnosis with an expected six months or less to live, you may qualify for hospice. Call us, and we can help you through the process of determining the types of services needed and how they are covered.
Q. What kind of services do you provide?
At Harmony, we offer a full range of in-home care services to meet all home health and hospice needs. Q. Is your agency licensed?
Harmony is licensed in all states where we provide care.
Q. Are your care providers insured and bonded?

Q. How are your care providers screened?
Upon hire, all of our employees undergo a background check per state and federal regulations. To read more about how we carefully select and screen our professional and compassionate care providers, please visit our care team page.
Q. What kind of training or continuing education do your care providers receive?
Our nurses and therapists receive ongoing training twice per month and our aides receive training on a monthly basis.
Q. What makes Harmony different from other home health and hospice care companies?
Our company is locally owned and operated. Many of our top management team members have worked as caregivers themselves, and because of this, they have a unique understanding of how best to care for you or your loved one. Unlike most companies, Harmony nurses take part in our on-call program. So that means when you call in after-hours, you will be in touch with a local nurse from your community.
Q. Who can receive home health care?
Anyone who qualifies for home health care, according to the guidelines listed on our home health care services page. If you are not sure if you qualify for home health care, please contact us and we will be happy to help you determine what you need and what coverage you may be able to receive.
