Our Care Team

Each person who expresses an interest in joining the Harmony Home Health care team undergoes a thorough interview process in which we assess training, certification, skill level, experience, and personality type, to ensure the individual is fully equipped to provide the highest possible level of care and compassion. Upon hire, we run full background checks according to state and federal regulations, followed by both initial and ongoing training: monthly for home health aides, and twice monthly for nurses and therapists.

In keeping with our family values, we work hard to ensure that we maintain harmony within our care team as well as with our clients and their families – resulting in a quality care experience for all. In fact, our very first employee is still employed with us, along with many other long-term employees who appreciate the Harmony difference and align with our mission: to impact the lives of everyone we touch in a very meaningful, sincere, and deliberate way, every single day.
